Support Camp Fire

Whether through our successful truancy prevention program for at-risk high school students, summer camps at El Tesoro, after school and summer programs serving disadvantaged children in low-income areas, early care and education programs for children, or our specialized training for care givers, Camp Fire strives to improve the lives of all youth.

Without the generosity of the local community, Camp Fire USA First Texas Council would not be able to fulfill our mission of building caring, confident youth, and future leaders.

Ways to Give

  • Personal Contributions- A gift by cash or check may be mailed to the Camp Fire office or a donation by credit card may be made online. 
  • Honorariums or Memorials- A card acknowledging your special gift will be sent to the honoree or the family if contact information is provided. The amount of the gift remains confidential to the honoree or family. 
  • Matching Gifts- Your employer may match your charitable contribution to Camp Fire. Please contact your company’s human resources department for further information.
  • Planned Giving- Through a will bequest, trust, charitable gift annuity, life insurance policy or retirement account, you can provide long-term support for Camp Fire.
  • Stock Gifts- Please contact the Vice President of Development to make a gift of stock.
  • In-Kind Contributions- Donations of supplies and equipment are always appreciated. Please contact the Development Division for specific items needed.
  • Special Events- Individuals and corporations can support our special events including An Artists’ Christmas, de la Vida Dinner, Celebration of Champions, and the 75th El Tesoro Celebration through tickets and underwriting opportunities.

Camp Fire USA First Texas Council Foundation

The First Texas Council Foundation was established to create a permanent endowment fund to support the programs and services of Camp Fire. Governed by a separate Board of Directors, funds contributed to the Foundation are invested to maximize long-term growth. If you wish to make a gift of cash, securities, real or other property to the Foundation, please contact us at Development@CampFireFW.org so that we can assist you in your gift planning.
